Save the date for Cambrian College's annual career fair conference - February 3, 2026.

This years Career Fair includes collaboration with College Boréal and Laurentian University Laurentienne as we welcome students from both Institutions to join Cambrian Students and Alumni to network and connect with employers.

● Welcome Ceremony: 8:00 to 10 a.m. EST
● Time: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST
● Location: Cambrian College Gymnasium
● Non-profit Fee: $350
● Deadline to register: Friday, January 16, 2026
● Booth Setup: Monday, February 2, 2026, from 5 to 7 p.m. and Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 7 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

For the Career Fair Conference, the standard registration includes two attendees. Should you require additional representatives from your organization, an extra fee of $75 per additional representative will apply.

Exhibitors will have access to the following:

  • Employer Solutions Conference - Powered by Scotiabank
  • Welcome Ceremony and free breakfast
  • Free lunch
  • 1 booth in the gymnasium
    • A 6 foot table and 2 chairs
    • Table linen (please feel free to bring your own should you choose)
    • Access to electrical outlets
    • Your booth area is approximately 8.5 feet wide (about a foot and a half on either side of the 6 foot table) x 8 feet long (from the drapery to the front of your table).
  • Employer lounge 1-on-1 on-the spot interview area Cambrian swag

Note: If you are bringing more than 4 representatives please enter all 4 representative information in this registration form and send a separate message to [email protected] to request approval for additional representatives.
