Guided by a PGA of Canada teaching professional, this dynamic three-part course is designed to help you build skills from the ground up. Participants will improve their understanding of the game, build physical confidence, and develop a more efficient and effective swing. This course is ideal for beginners looking for a strong introduction, as well as recreational golfers who want to up their game with a balanced approach to skill development and conditioning. This course includes 1 hour of classroom instruction covering golf fundamentals, 1 hour in the gym focused on hold specific strength, mobility, and stability exercises, and 1 hour at the driving range where you will receive guided coaching
