HEA 1405 Assisting with Meals Credit: 1

In this course, students will assist clients with safe meal planning and preparation. Students will demonstrate proper techniques and safe practices when assisting clients with meals. Students will learn effective ways to determine signs of dehydration and malnutrition. Students will collaborate with the client during meal planning and preparation.
