Learn the art of making delicious Korean Kimbap in this fun, hands-on workshop! Participants will learn how to prepare and roll traditional Kimbap using fresh ingredients such as seasoned rice, pickled vegetables, and bulgogi (marinated beef). Perfect for beginners and food lovers alike, this class will cover basic rolling techniques, ingredient preparation, and tips for creating beautiful and flavourful rolls to enjoy at home. No prior cooking experience required.

About the Facilitator:

Born in South Korea and raised in Argentina, Ji began cooking from a young age while helping care for her family and learning her mother’s recipes as a way to preserve Korean culture while living abroad. A passionate foodie and traveller, she loves exploring how food connects cultures and people. In this opportunity, she is thrilled to share her knowledge about one of Korea’s most popular dishes, Kimbap—a versatile, healthy, and easy-to-transport meal that can be adapted to different tastes and dietary preferences.

Refund Policy for Seminars/Workshops:

A seminar/workshop is a course usually 5 days or less in duration and/or as otherwise identified in the calendar and online. Refunds for seminars/workshops, unless otherwise stated, must be applied for 5 full working days before the seminar start date. No refund will be issued after this deadline. For workshops beginning on a weekend (Saturday/Sunday), application for a refund must be received no later than the end of the business day on the Friday ONE WEEK before the seminar/workshop. (Example: The workshop is scheduled on September 14 beginning at 8:30 a.m. The application for a refund must be received at the College no later than 4:30 p.m. on September 6.)

Cambrian College reserves the right to cancel the offering of courses in certain terms.
